By accessing or using TruckPayPro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TruckPayPro is a web-based platform that provides trucking payroll management services, including driver management, load tracking, deduction management, payroll generation, and accounting integrations.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be at least 18 years of age

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Pricing

Our subscription pricing is $64.99/month for the base plan (includes 2 drivers) plus $4.99/month for each additional driver. Prices are subject to change with notice.

Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. A credit card is required to start the trial, but you won't be charged until your trial ends.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact support within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful code or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with the Service's operation
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We use your data only as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

TruckPayPro and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TruckPayPro, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service may integrate with third-party services (QuickBooks, email providers). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUCKPAYPRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TruckPayPro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
